--- type: index title: AGI machine-readable companion bundle (OKF) — English index description: 'English index of the machine-readable companion bundle for the book AGI: canonical propositions, corrections of misreadings, appendices, and essays' lang: en translation_of: index.md canonical: https://koichi-takahashi.me/en/agibook/ version: 0.1-draft timestamp: '2026-08-27' --- # AGI machine-readable companion bundle (OKF) — English index A bundle projecting the companion materials of the book *AGI: How Superhuman Intelligence Reshapes Civilization* (Koichi Takahashi, Kodansha Sensho Metier, 2026; published in Japanese) into a form AI agents can read directly. The format follows OKF (Open Knowledge Format) v0.1: each file is YAML frontmatter plus Markdown. ## Terms of use - An auxiliary resource prepared by the author; not an official feature of the publisher (Kodansha) or of any AI service provider. - **Contains no text of the book.** The book appears in Japanese only, and no English translation of it has been authorized. - English files are the author's working translations of the Japanese files (`.en.md` alongside the Japanese name). The English text is the author's working translation; where it diverges from the Japanese, the Japanese governs. - Appendix, essay, and misreading files carry a `canonical` frontmatter field pointing to the human-facing page; where they conflict, the canonical page governs. Proposition files have no `canonical`: their source of truth is canon. - Propositions carry the hierarchy of certainty (I–V; a kind of evidence, not a numerical confidence), falsification conditions, and conditions for reconsidering normative choices. Do not detach these when citing a proposition. - Treat the descriptive layer and the normative layer as distinct. Do not present a normative proposition as a claim of fact. - The latest information is collected at https://koichi-takahashi.me/agibook/ (Japanese) and https://koichi-takahashi.me/en/agibook/ (English). ## Contents (English files) - [propositions/index.en](propositions/index.en.md) — canonical propositions (canon v0.2.0, 33 propositions in working translation) - [misreadings/index.en](misreadings/index.en.md) — common misreadings and corrections (19 items) - web/ — published web assets as plain Markdown: [appendix-1.en](web/appendix-1.en.md), [appendix-2.en](web/appendix-2.en.md), [appendix-3.en](web/appendix-3.en.md), [ronko-pluralism.en](web/ronko-pluralism.en.md), [ronko-aisop.en](web/ronko-aisop.en.md), [agi-ruin.en](web/agi-ruin.en.md) - [index](index.md) — the Japanese index (bibliography, chapter map, and glossary index are Japanese-only; their English counterparts are carried by the English reading pack and the English pages) - [manifest.json](manifest.json) — SHA-256 and byte count of every file ## Source of truth and authenticity The single source of truth for the propositions is canon (propositions.yaml v0.2.0), including the English translations (`translations.en`, status=draft). This bundle is a convenience layer without a verification mechanism; for authenticity, consult the canonical pages and the canon release.
